Improving Your Sales by Better Managing Your Data (in-person and live-stream)

This is an in-person and live-stream workshop.

If you’re a startup or small business owner, being able to effectively grow your sales and customers are essential to your success. But how can you be confident that you're using the best sales strategy for your specific business?
For example, which email campaigns should you use to return the most profit? Or which products should you focus on selling to which customers? The answer to these questions comes from learning how to better manage and utilize your own business information so you can be more confident than ever that you are taking the right day to day actions in your business to maximize your sales and growth.

Duquesne University’s Small Business Development Center is hosting a workshop focused on “Improving Your Sales by Better Managing Your Data”. Come and meet Brian Boccardi, cofounder of the Pittsburgh-based data-driven startup Dization, to learn more about what sales data is most important to track, how to best utilize that sales data to make more confident decisions in your business, and take away some tips to incorporate in your own businesses to help grow sales. Having experienced the challenges and benefits of managing information to grow a small business, Brian looks forward to sharing his experience of data analysis and management with fellow business owners.

Studies show that businesses that base decisions on data, and not just experience and gut feel, are 19 times more likely to be profitable. So please join us to find out how you can take advantage of how to be more data driven in your business.
